Instructions:
- Place the oats and chopped fig (leaving 1 teaspoon aside for garnishing) in bowl with ¼ cup of water; mix thoroughly, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight. \
- When ready to eat, mix the yoghurt thoroughly with the whey protein powder and then stir through the soaked oats and fig.
- Garnish with the remaining chopped fig.
