Fruit ‘n’ Cheese Crispbreads

Ingredients:

  • 80 grams low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ medium eating apple, cored and finely chopped
  • 20 grams black seedless grapes, halved
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 dark Ryvita crisp breads
  • fresh chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place the cottage cheese, apple and grapes in a small bowl.Season well with the sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix together.
  2. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the Ryvita crisp breads.
  3. Decorate with chopped chives and eat immediately.
