Instructions:
- Combine the wheat flakes, rice flakes, raisins, almonds and sunflower seeds in a bowl and pour the milk over; mix thoroughly, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
- When ready to eat, cut the orange into bite-sized chunks and arrange on the muesli.
- Mix the yoghurt thoroughly with the whey protein powder and spoon on top to serve.
